Main Duties:

Working under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will gain hands-on exposure to the complete project lifecycle, supporting proposal development, project coordination, and the preparation of professional reports, presentations, and marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience
  Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with up to one year of relevant work experience are welcome to apply.

• Digital Productivity Skills
  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear, professional documents, report templates, and presentations.

• AI & Digital Tools
  Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve the efficiency and quality of day-to-day work.

• Teamwork & Collaboration
  Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and friendly environment and contribute positively to project teams.

• Analytical & Problem Solving Abilities
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and conflicts, evaluate possible solutions, and address them proactively.

• Organization & Prioritization
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

• Language Proficiency
  Strong written and spoken English and Chinese skills.
